The university managed to gain top position and rank among the 15 top universities and research centers in the country in the field of biotechnology missions.

As reported by the public relations of the university, announcing the news, the head of research center of sciences and high technologies and environmental sciences stated: "According to Dr. Mostafa Ghanei's correspondence, the secretary of Biotechnology Development Headquarters affiliated to the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology, by evaluating and monitoring the performance of 100 Iranian universities and research institutions in the year 1400 (2021-2022) based on research achievements, 15 universities and research institutions, including Graduate University of Advanced Technology, gained top positions in biotechnology approved missions".

Expressing gratitude to the faculty members, Dr. Amin Baghizadeh considered this achievement as the result of their research activities. "The faculty members' research and technological activities in different scientific fields have been improved compared to the previous years and this procedure will be continuing in the year 1401 (2022-2023) " he added.
