Universities are the most influential institutions in the progress and development of human societies. In addition to preserving and transmitting the cultural heritage and values of human societies, they meet the social needs for the development of knowledge and technology.

To achieve sustainable growth and development of universities, it is necessary to carefully evaluate the education system. The important factors and how they contribute to the quality of the education system should be determined.

Evaluating the quality of the education system is a process of preparing, and collecting data and information regarding all sectors in universities to determine flaws and make an informed decision on how to accelerate and promote the educational system toward a new area of advancement in science and technology.

In this regard, the Office of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance of the Graduate University of Advanced Technology was established in 2012 under the supervision of the President of the University.
