Major (Course):

M.Sc in Energy Systems Engineering /Technology;
M.Sc in Energy Systems Engineering /Energy and Environment

Introduction:

Energy and its sustainability will always be a key global issue for modern contemporary societies. The program aims to provide graduate level education to interested students who wish to broaden their knowledge in a range of Energy Issues from a technical point of view with an emphasis on technology and the use of Energy as well as the design, construction and maintenance of Energy Production Systems. The program has been developed to equip students with an in-depth understanding of the fundamental issues of energy in the industrial and commercial sectors. It provides up to date technical knowledge and skills required for achieving energy management, designing of energy-efficient systems and processes, utilization of renewable energy sources and the cost-effective reduction and control of pollution.

The masters program of Energy system engineering is consisted of the theoretical and applied courses which make the student ready for design, development, management and operation of energy systems in extraction, process, conversion, transmission, distribution and consumption levels.
