Major (Course): Computer Systems Architecture

Program: Master of Engineering

Introduction:

Computer systems architecture is a branch of computer engineering which involves building a computer and all that goes into a computer system. Computer architecture is a science stating how computer software and hardware are joined together and interact to make a computer work. Most of the courses in the postgraduate degree of the computer architecture lay on the hardware specification and performance evaluation and improvement of the system. The main goal of computer architecture graduate program is training expertise who can solve the problems and remove obstacles to increase the performance and decrease the power consumption and area of computer systems. The graduated students are capable to design and verify different strategies from transistor level to system level in order to reach the efficient systems according to the application requirements.
